A large scale renovation of this 1931 historic East Side home maximized the property’s potential by transforming the interior layout. By strategically removing an under-utilized back staircase, the design created a large, show-stopping kitchen with a walk-in pantry, while upstairs, a new creative layout incorporates a sitting room with a secret bookcase door leading to an expansive closet and primary bathroom. Curated wallpaper and designer lighting complement the home’s historic character. Completing the Rhode Island design build project was the addition of a new solarium, providing direct garage access and additional storage.
