This 1901 shingle style Rhode Island design build renovation honors the past while being intentionally designed for today’s living. The two-phase project included a first-level addition that enclosed an existing porch to accommodate a relocated kitchen and expanded living space, plus a second-level master suite addition with walk-in closet and full bathroom. Additional improvements included a new pantry and office space, with all work carefully designed to meet FEMA regulations and town approvals while creating additions that appear original to the home’s existing architecture.
